YOUR ROLE
As a driver with CAN-Truck 2009 Inc., you’ll be more than just a wheel-turner. You’ll be a key part of our delivery success:
- Operate tractor-trailers and special-purpose trucks to transport goods
- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load, unload, tarp, and secure cargo
- Perform basic roadside repairs and preventive maintenance
- Use GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery efficiency
- Maintain accurate logs: driver logs, fuel reports, maintenance records, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
What you need to succeed at CAN-Truck 2009 Inc? The skills you will be needing as a Truck Driver and the required qualifications are listed below for your convenience. You will need:
- A valid AZ class driver’s license
- Working knowledge of trip logs, inspection reports, and maintenance checklists
- Basic mechanical skills for roadside fixes
- Mountain driving experience (an asset)
- Professionalism in customer service
- A clean driving abstract and willingness to undergo drug testing and a medical exam
- Ability to handle physical work and heavy loads (up to 20 lbs)
