YOUR ROLE
As a Room Attendant with Sudima Queenstown, you’ll be a vital part of our housekeeping team and guest experience:
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard
- Perform assigned duties and special tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Manager
- Provide warm, friendly assistance to guests and ensure their stay is comfortable
- Maintain privacy, discretion, and security of guest and team member information
- Communicate professionally and positively with your team and management
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
What you need to succeed at Sudima Queenstown? The skills you will be needing as a Room Attendant and the required qualifications are listed below for your convenience. You will need:
- A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Physical fitness and ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
