YOUR ROLE
As a Waiter / Waitress at Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts, you’ll be at the heart of the guest dining experience. Your daily tasks will include:
- Performing all necessary food and beverage service tasks
- Greeting and seating guests in a courteous and discreet manner
- Providing menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
- Monitoring food and beverage quality
- Responding to guest queries and complaints professionally
- Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the outlet
- Managing service preparations (mis-en-place and mis-en-scene)
- Minimizing wastage, breakage, and spoilage
- Using upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and drive revenue
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
