YOUR ROLE
As a Tactical Security Guard with G Force Security, you’ll be on the frontlines of safety. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring surveillance systems and patrolling assigned areas
- Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in real-time
- Enforcing site-specific rules and maintaining professional conduct
- Writing detailed reports on daily activities and security incidents
- Assisting in loss prevention and access control
- Providing helpful and courteous customer service to staff and visitors
- Collaborating with law enforcement or emergency services when needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
What you need to succeed at G Force Security? The skills and requirements for the Tactical Security Guard role are listed below for your convenience. You will need:
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (Required)
- Class G Driver’s License (Required)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security-related role

- Willingness to travel 100% as needed
