YOUR ROLE
As a Dairy Farm Assistant at Bounty Dairy, you’ll play a vital role in our farm’s daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Milking and assisting with herd health, including mastitis control
- Plant and shed hygiene maintenance
- Stock management and fencing
- Crop work and general farm upkeep
- Working collaboratively with a high-performing team
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
To thrive at Pāmu, you’ll need:
- At least one season of experience in dairy farming (preferred)
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety and Animal Welfare
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and grow
- Effective communication and a reliable team mindset
- A restricted or full NZ driver’s licence
- Reliable transport to and from the farm
