YOUR ROLE
As a Painter at Paint-Up Inc, you’ll contribute to the transformation of homes and businesses with high-quality finishes and workmanship. Your daily tasks will include:
- Painting and refinishing interior/exterior surfaces
- Cabinetry and furniture painting/restoration
- Assisting with drywall repairs and surface prep
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Following safety protocols including working at heights
- Delivering excellent customer service on-site
Specialized Duties (Depending on Experience):
- Lead full-scale painting projects with minimal supervision
- Operate sprayers and refinishing tools for cabinetry
- Handle color matching and surface prep for restoration work
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following:
- Valid Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- Experience in painting, drywall, or restoration is a plus
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation (vehicle required)
- Punctual, responsible, and highly detail-oriented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
