YOUR ROLE
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth service, managing team members, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in restaurant management
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management
- Strong leadership and staff development skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety laws, HACCP, and local health regulations
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations software
