YOUR ROLE

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth service, managing team members, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily front and back-of-house operations
  • Leading, training, and supervising restaurant staff
  • Ensuring exceptional food quality and guest service
  • Handling customer complaints and service recovery
  • Managing inventory, suppliers, and stock control
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
  • Monitoring budgets, expenses, and profitability
  • Coordinating shift schedules and managing attendance
  • Working with marketing teams on promotions and guest engagement
  • Continuously optimizing workflows for efficiency and performance

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

We are looking for candidates who bring:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in restaurant management
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management
  • Strong leadership and staff development skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Knowledge of food safety laws, HACCP, and local health regulations
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations software
  • A commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence
