YOUR ROLE
As a Hotel Driver with The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests while ensuring exceptional service at every interaction:
- Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using hotel vehicles
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic mechanical condition
- Park and secure vehicles in designated areas when not in use
- Complete pre- and post-trip documentation accurately
- Report any incidents, damages, or unsafe conditions promptly
- Maintain professionalism and hospitality with all guests
- Comply with safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Assist guests with luggage and offer help to those with disabilities
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
What you need to succeed at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC? The skills you will be needing as a Hotel Driver and the required qualifications are listed below for your convenience. You will need:
- A valid Driver’s License
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
