YOUR ROLE
As a Helper/Plumber Assistant, you will support construction teams by preparing materials, performing manual tasks, and assisting with various plumbing and construction duties to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
- Measuring weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
- Performing pre-operational inspections of equipment
- Reading blueprints to understand work requirements
- Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and asphalt
- Assisting in drilling, blasting, and earth leveling
- Paving, raking asphalt, and assisting with demolition
- Cleaning and organizing construction sites, salvaging materials
- Performing routine maintenance and cleanup, including chemical spills
- Operating and tending to machinery and equipment
- Directing traffic at or near construction sites as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
