YOUR ROLE

As a Construction Labourer, you will provide essential on-site support to ensure construction projects remain efficient and safe.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing manual labour tasks such as loading/unloading, digging, sweeping, and site clean-up
  • Assisting tradespeople (builders, concreters, landscapers) with basic duties
  • Moving and handling building materials, tools, and equipment
  • Operating basic hand and power tools (training provided)
  • Following all workplace health and safety procedures
  • Wearing appropriate PPE at all times
  • Maintaining professionalism with clients and co-workers
  • Reporting to site supervisors or schedulers for task assignments
