Key Responsibilities:
As a Market Gardener (Fruit) at Manamana Holdings, you will be responsible for:
- Planning, organising, and overseeing all farming operations related to fruit cultivation.
- Preparing soil and implementing effective planting, irrigation, and fertilisation strategies.
- Managing pest and disease control using sustainable, industry-approved practices.
- Monitoring crop growth and optimising yields for high-quality produce.
- Harvesting, sorting, and preparing fruit for sale and distribution.
- Managing and maintaining farm equipment, tools, and infrastructure.
- Supervising and coordinating farm workers to ensure productivity and safety standards.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve farm profitability and efficiency.
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and sustainable farming techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
