A well-known company “ENDLESS METALS” is hiring for a Cashier & Customer Experience Superstar position, available in Onehunga, Auckland, NZ. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a 100-hour fortnight shift pattern, including Saturdays and alternating 6-day and 5-day work weeks.
The role of a Cashier & Customer Experience Superstar involves providing top-notch customer service both in-person and online, managing cash payments and end-of-day float balancing, answering customer queries, and helping customers with their recycling needs. While experience is a bonus, Endless Metals is happy to train someone with the right attitude and energy.

Requirements for Cashier & Customer Experience Superstar:
You must fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for this position at Endless Metals:
- Education: No formal qualification required
- Experience: Experience in hospitality, customer service, auto parts, trade, or admin is an advantage. Will train the right candidate.
- Languages: English – strong spoken and written communication skills required
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Greet and serve customers at our metal recycling drive-thru with a smile and sense of humor
- Process cash payments, handle the ATM, and manage end-of-day cash-ups
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
- Maintain customer records and update database using ScrapIT POS system
- Assist in placing orders for supplies and coordinating customer pick-ups
- Handle multitasking like a pro – juggling customers at the counter while answering queries online or over the phone
- Support daily operations with a helpful, efficient, and can-do attitude
