Pick packers needed for night shift

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Previous pick packing or warehousing experience preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy products (25kg+), and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Language: Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Forklift Experience: Forklift OSH cert and experience (CB and Reach) would be an advantage.
  • Transport: Must have own transport (public transport is not viable).
  • SAP Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

As a Pick Packer at Gilmours Hamilton, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking and packing orders coordinated by the Pick Pack supervisor.
  • Using the RF Scanner on SAP to pick orders accurately (above 30 lines per hour).
  • Heavy lifting (25kg+).
  • Working in a chilled/frozen environment as required.
  • Replenishing shelves when required.
  • Forklift duties (for the right applicants).

  • Proven record of exceptional attendance and accountability in previous work.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy products (25kg+).
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to improving team performance.
