You have to fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for this position:
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience: Recent 2 years of driving experience in the taxi industry or delivery services
Languages: English
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Taxi Driver will include the following tasks:
- Picking clients from the start location and dropping them off at their destination
- Helping clients with loading and unloading their goods
- Collecting payments
- Checking the vehicle for any minor malfunctions
- Performing minor inspections and regularly checking the oil
- Scheduling car wash and servicing appointments
- Maintaining the vehicle cleanliness
- Ensuring the vehicle is in working condition
- Advising clients on local sightseeing attractions
Credentials:
Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses:
- Valid current class 1 Nz driver’s license and P endorsement
- Clean driving record (No accident history)
- No criminal history (current or past)
- Valid P endorsement
