- 8-hour shifts

Requirements for Forklift Operators:
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience preferred
- Experience with WMS and order picking is a strong asset
- Skills:
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy items
- Detail-oriented with solid communication skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Certification:
- Valid Forklift Operator Licence highly desirable
- Language:
- English required (French not required)
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes to move materials
- Load and unload goods from trucks and storage areas
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment
- Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory
- Perform equipment safety checks and report maintenance issues
- Assist with heavy lifting and general labor as needed
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet deadlines and workflow targets
