Key Responsibilities:
As an In-Car Driving Instructor, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching students how to drive safely and confidently.
- Providing in-car training in a relaxed and positive environment.
- Ensuring students follow road safety rules and driving best practices.
- Managing your own schedule via an online booking system.
Experience & Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Languages: English (French is not required)
- Education: Must have a valid In-car Driving Instructor Certification (MTO approved).
- Experience: Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s Instructor License.
- Other Certifications: Must have Driver Instructor Insurance Approval.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record for the last 3 years.
- Criminal Background Check: Provide an updated Police Criminal Records Check (PCRC) and Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of road safety and driving techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and patience with students.
- Ability to make students feel comfortable and confident on the road.
