Key Responsibilities:
AS a gardener your responsibilities will be the following
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure proper hydration and maintenance.
- Plant and maintain both private and public lawns and gardens.
- Provide horticultural consultation services, advising clients on plant care and landscaping improvements.
- Identify various plant species and ensure proper care and maintenance.
Experience & Qualifications:
The Country Gardener Le Jardinier Campagnard needs Gardeners who fulfill the following criteria
- Languages: English or French
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Various locations, Lawn care company, Landscape contractor
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong plant knowledge and identification skills
- Experience with residential landscaping projects
- Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail
- Physically capable of handling demanding tasks
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Additional Information:
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license required
- Own Tools/Equipment: Gloves
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, and walking
